The pump was assembled wrong for probably 6 months or more. I had a really good idea what the problem was before I even took it back apart. It actually was a good issue to have because now I spent some extra time understanding what each part does. If I would have spent an extra 10 seconds and comprehended the rest of the photo it would have been obvious. You cant remember how it goes back together so you go google a a picture or visit a thread you are subscribed to and quickly look for a picture and you dont read anything. You take something apart and parts sit on a bench for weeks or months.
